_Cox & Co. specializes in building creative, high end, fast track and phased interior projects. Our projects include single interior finish assignments or programmatic build outs regionally. We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce results. He or she will spend most of their time in the field with frequent travel. We realize that tenant improvements are often conducted in occupied work spaces and we maintain a professional work environment throughout the process, putting our client's needs first. _Design / Build_
_Program Multi-Site Delivery_
Responsibilities:
_Meet with clients to discuss project scope, timeline, and specific requirements_
_Mediate between subs, client, and Project Manager to find workable solutions_
_Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field_
_Maintain all required jobsite documentation_
_Coordinate various trades and construction activities_
_Maintain strict project schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met_
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in the construction industry preferred
2+ years' experience in build-out construction preferred
Proficient in Windows operating systems and associated software
Experience working on smartphones and tablets
Ability to manage numerous activities simultaneously under stressful conditions
Ability to travel and/or work off-shifts
Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus
OSHA 10 and/or 30 required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
