Hourly Pay: $38.00 - $45.00/hour
Annual Bonus Potential: $5,000 - $15,000 based on performance

Join us as a Commercial HVAC Technician and become a key player in keeping Chicago’s commercial systems running strong. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Handling service calls related to “no heat” and “no hot water” issues
Working on high-efficiency commercial equipment over 2 million BTUs
Diagnosing and repairing atmospheric and forced-draft burner systems
Wiring and commissioning control systems for commercial units
Inspecting and maintaining boilers, furnaces, pumps, A/C units, and water heaters
Following all safety protocols during service and repair tasks

Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC (commercial focus preferred)
In-depth knowledge of steam and hydronic systems
Skilled in wiring and commissioning HVAC equipment
Ability to work safely with physically demanding tasks
Strong diagnostic and critical-thinking abilities
Valid driver’s license required
