Key Leadership Responsibilities include serving as the principal medical advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, directing and coordinating all clinical departments and services, overseeing graduate medical education and fellowship programs, leading quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives, guiding strategic planning, budgeting, and clinical research efforts, and mentoring department chairs, residents, and faculty physicians.
