With over two decades of experience, we deliver full-service home transformations—including additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and more—through innovative design, expert construction, and a customer-centric approach. Our proprietary MOSS 360 virtual reality technology empowers clients to visualize projects before construction begins, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and exceptional results. Committed to community outreach and building lifelong relationships, we pride ourselves on integrity, innovation, and creating spaces that enhance lives.

Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth in the competitive home remodeling market. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will oversee all marketing operations, including brand management, digital campaigns, lead generation, and public relations, to enhance our visibility, attract high-value clients, and support business expansion. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in the construction or design-build industry, capable of aligning marketing efforts with our design-build process to showcase innovative remodeling solutions and foster customer trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the residential remodeling sector.
  • Lead market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and local Northern Virginia market dynamics, identifying opportunities to promote design-build services like additions, kitchens, and basements.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and virtual reality tool promotions (e.g., MOSS 360), to generate qualified leads and build online engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, campaigns, and team, ensuring ROI through data-driven decisions and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and construction teams to create integrated campaigns that highlight our full-service remodeling expertise and community involvement.
  • Build partnerships with media, stakeholders, and local organizations to enhance brand awareness and support our commitment to community service in Northern Virginia.
  • Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, customer acquisition costs, and brand sentiment to refine strategies and drive measurable business impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CMO or VP of Marketing), ideally in construction, architecture, design-build, or home services industries.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand loyalty in B2C markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, CRM systems, and analytics; experience with virtual design technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics), and data visualization tools.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses.
  • Opportunity to lead marketing for a top-ranked remodeler in a growing market.
  • Collaborative, innovative work environment with a focus on work-life balance and professional development.
  • Chance to contribute to community initiatives and make a tangible impact on Northern Virginia families.
