Job Description

Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the industry. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our United States location on a Hybrid work schedule. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** · Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance. · Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. + Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. + Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. + Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles. + Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. **Compensation & Benefits:** Incentive Eligible Salary Range: $100,000 - $124,000 For benefits information please visit benefits.honeywell.com.
