We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic manufacturing company in north Denver. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership and financial expertise to oversee and drive the organization's fiscal strategies. Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with private equity stakeholders to align financial strategies with investor expectations.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to support critical decision-making.
- Oversee treasury functions, ensuring optimal cash flow management and risk mitigation.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems and tools to support company expansion and operational needs.
- Stay updated on financial trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements - A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing month-end close processes and delivering accurate financial reports.
- Strong understanding of private equity structures and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze annual financial statements.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and reporting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
