We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with exceptional strategic, financial, and tax expertise to oversee all financial functions and serve as a key advisor to ownership.

The Opportunity

The CFO will lead financial strategy, structure, and performance across several active business lines. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution, bringing sophistication and clarity to complex, multi-entity operations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, confident, and highly proactive—able to translate data into strategy, guide decision-making, and strengthen the financial foundation for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership

  • Integrate new acquisitions into financial systems and reporting structures.

  • Implement scalable processes and technologies to support future growth.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to ownership on growth and investment opportunities.

  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and present clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain a calm, analytical, and solution-oriented leadership presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven success in senior finance leadership roles managing multi-entity operations.

  • Hands-on, strategic leader with exceptional analytical and tax planning skills.
