Role Overview: Virtual Benefits Representative

As a  Virtual Benefits Representative , you will engage with pre-qualified clients (no cold calling) to understand their needs, explain available benefits, and guide them toward the best coverage options. This role is ideal for  driven, self-motivated individuals  who value flexibility, professional growth, and helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:  Contact and consult with warm leads to assess insurance needs.
• Product Presentation:  Conduct virtual benefit presentations via phone or video conference.
• Relationship Building:  Foster trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Sales Goals:  Meet or exceed monthly performance and growth targets.
• Collaboration:  Work closely with management and team members to enhance processes.
• Continuous Learning:  Stay up to date on products, company programs, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy with reliable internet and comfort using online tools.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.
