The Business Operations and Data Management Analyst (Management Analyst 2) supports the Well Management Section (WMS) Operations Unit by administering data systems, coordinating program operations, and ensuring data quality, continuity, and communication across the Section. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for WMS data systems, oversees program workflows, develops and maintains policies and procedures, and manages information dissemination to internal and external stakeholders. The role also supports licensing and maintenance permit processes and coordinates all activities of the Advisory Council on Wells and Borings. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to provide clear, accessible, and customer-focused communication. Primary Responsibilities IncludeOne (1) year of experience managing or supporting electronic information systems. This experience must include at least two of the following:
A degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management or a closely related field will substitute for experience as follows:
Bachelor's degree = 12 months of experience Associate degree = 6 months of experience Preferred QualificationsThis position requires successful completion of a background check and employment reference check.
