Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Mobilads, you will play a key role in the company’s growth journey. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, primarily through targeted and personalized email campaigns directed at senior marketing decision-makers, such as CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Brand Leads at C-level in larger companies.
You will work independently but closely with the founders and sales teams to optimize strategies, secure high-quality leads, and drive sales forward. The role is fully remote and requires a strong work ethic, structure, and the ability to maintain a high pace in your daily work.
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual who is accustomed to working with outbound sales and handling large volumes of qualified contacts with precision and professionalism.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 certified courses in sales and weekly live lectures. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend Sweden’s largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a two-day on-site sales training in Stockholm to further develop your skills as a salesperson. Please note that the training is conducted in Swedish.
