We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join UnicLinks as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a fully commission-based position with 30% commission on new client projects, plus ongoing commission opportunities for repeat business.
Role Overview
Identify and qualify prospective clients in biotech, pharma, and life sciences.
Introduce UnicLinks’ services and value proposition to decision-makers.
Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Support contract negotiations and assist in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and client details.
Follow company policies, ethical standards, and approved sales language.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in business development or sales (B2B preferred).
Familiarity with biotech, pharma, or scientific services is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Able to operate independently in a remote, commission-based role.
