Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Huntington Beach, CA, On-site 5 days a week
Job Description
- They run over 250 applications across city-limited analysts who manage these applications (Sas based to larger)
- They use Oracle JDE ERP
- Understanding and answering questions on the applications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in one of the ERP systems/software
- Program management
- Project management
- Handling customers-everyone who works in the city
One of Core Enterprise system which they're currently using:
Oracle JD Edwards (JDE)
- Functional and technical expertise in Financials, HRMS, and Procurement.
- Experience with JDE CNC architecture, development tools, and system integrations.
- Integration with iNovah, Kronos, and billing/payment systems.
Accela Automation
- Familiarity with land management, permitting, and code enforcement modules.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), report customization, and Accela Admin Tools.
- Integration with ESRI GIS and Laserfiche.
CIS Infinity
- Utility billing expertise including customer workflows, metering, and collections.
- Integration with Aclara, MyMeter, InvoiceCloud, and other utility platforms.
iNovah
- Cashiering and revenue collection systems.
- Integration with ERP and external payment gateways.
