Job Title: Bridge Foreman
Location: Travel required (Monday-Thursday), based in Ohio - Mostly Columbus up to Toledo and all of the NE

Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Bridge Foreman to lead a small crew on a variety of bridge projects ranging from renovations to complete ground-up builds. Projects typically include single and double lane road bridges with budgets up to $30 million. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely and meets quality standards, and coordinating with project managers and inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a small crew on bridge construction projects (both new builds and renovations)
Coordinate job site logistics and scheduling
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with project managers and communicate progress and needs
Travel Monday through Thursday for out-of-town projects; home most weekends
Be available for occasional emergency or off-hours work when required
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bridge Foreman
Proven experience managing small crews on bridge projects
Experience working on projects up to $30M
Ability to work on a variety of bridge types and construction methods
Comfortable with either Union or Non-Union environments
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel during the week (Mon-Thurs)
