Job Overview: We are seeking skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our team. Must be willing to engage our guests to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating change
• Familiarity with food service procedures and standards
• Experience in banquet or event settings is a plus
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing and inventory management
• Understanding of brewing processes for beer selection and service
