We serve award‑winning, authentic Italian dishes paired with handcrafted drinks in a cozy, island-charm atmosphere.

As our Bartender , you’ll be at the heart of guest experience, ensuring every guest receives the great food, drinks, and service we’re known for.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Efficiently run food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring presentation and timeliness
• Provide warm, friendly service throughout the dining area
• Keep the bar and service zones well-stocked, clean, and organized
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service flow
• Assist with setup, restocking, and closing duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Bartending or food running experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow with the position
• Must be able to obtain Honolulu Liquor Commission Yellow Card
• Outgoing, dependable team player with excellent communication skills
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
