Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a lead barista to join our team at Two Hands Tribeca . Open availability is essential, especially  on weekends .

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver.

This is a lead barista position. Extensive barista experience in a restaurant is required, as well as leadership experience in previous positions.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three years of experience as a barista in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Open availability is required, especially on weekends
• Bar experience is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of a daytime dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
• Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
• Great work ethic and a passion for service
• A love for hospitality

• Daily compensation average of $35 - $42 per hour including tips
