Responsibilities :
• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, as well as other beverages like teas, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and answering their questions.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Stock inventory and ensure supplies are available as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Requirements :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work alone.
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.
