Veterinary Technician Assistant Supervisor – Emergency & Critical Care
📍 Woburn, MA | 💲 $30 - $38/hr (higher with VTS!) | Full-Time
Schedule: 3 days per week, 9AM-9PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support our Emergency & Critical Care team—helping with staffing, training, communication, and client care—while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care.
Overseeing daily operations and staffing to keep things running smoothly
Supporting hiring, training, performance reviews, and staff development
Partnering with hospital leadership on goals, payroll, and workflow
Promoting collaboration, communication, and client satisfaction across teams
Providing leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support
What We’re Looking For:
College/tech school education or equivalent experience
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Team-focused and collaborative mindset
