The role's responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Manages space allocation for multiple Intel sites across the United States and Canada in order to accommodate space and facility's needs. + Develops strong business partnerships with customers to understand their space needs and negotiate optimal solutions. + Develops systematic processes, and utilizes systems and tools, for space capacity and inventory management. + Assesses and creates space plans for green field and brown field sites as well as in support of mergers, acquisitions and divestiture projects. + Establishes and maintains accurate records of space inventory, databases/maps and facilities layouts, and conducts capacity/utilization studies and space auditing. + Generates conceptual solutions that respond to spatial requirements, physical planning constraints, and corresponding IT, Human Resource and compliance requirements, and evaluates alternative scenarios against established criteria for success. + Drives the optimization of space utilization and facilities by analyzing data and aligning to business unit strategic objectives. **Qualifications:** You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
