For over four decades, our products have championed connection—creating meaningful moments that bring parents and children closer together, while supporting healthy child development.

Take Responsibility – The Position

As Amazon (Seller Central FBA/FBM) & DTC Supply Chain Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and customer-centric flow of products across Stokke’s Direct-to-Consumer channels—including Amazon, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Shopify.

You will serve as the operational link between Demand Planning, Logistics, eCommerce, and Finance, overseeing end-to-end supply operations that drive availability, optimize inventory, and elevate fulfillment performance. This role requires both analytical rigor and hands-on execution, with a focus on forecasting accuracy, operational excellence, and proactive cross-functional alignment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented supply chain professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is motivated by continuous improvement and operational precision.

Main Responsibilities

Lead & Optimize Channel Supply Operations

  • Oversee daily supply chain execution for Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, Salesforce, and Shopify channels.
  • Manage inbound shipments, inventory positioning, and fulfillment performance across all DTC platforms.
  • Build and maintain replenishment models that balance in-stock rates, warehouse capacity, and cash flow.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, lead time, and order cycle time.
  • Partner with 3PLs to ensure timely order fulfillment, efficient reverse logistics, and best-in-class customer delivery.

Drive Forecast, Inventory & Operations Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to align purchasing, promotions, and forecasts.
  • Use sales history, velocity trends, and marketing inputs to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Develop and maintain channel-specific safety stock levels, reorder points, and inventory availability targets.

Execute & Improve Fulfillment Processes

  • Manage FBA inbound workflows, inventory transfers, and compliance with Amazon packaging, labeling, and IPI requirements.
  • Oversee FBM and DTC fulfillment flows across Salesforce and Shopify, ensuring accurate routing and SLA compliance.
  • Resolve Amazon and DTC operational issues—including stranded inventory, late shipments, chargebacks, or order cancellations—using structured root cause analysis.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal events through proactive inventory and readiness planning.

Collaborate & Communicate Across Teams

  • Act as the primary operational contact for Amazon, Salesforce, Shopify, and logistics partners.
  • Partner with Finance to support purchase planning, cash flow forecasting, and inventory valuation.
  • Work with eCommerce and Marketing to ensure product availability aligns with promotional calendars and key content launches.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or ERP reporting) to provide visibility and insights to leadership.

Better Together – The Ideal Profile

You are an analytical, detail-oriented operator with a passion for forecasting accuracy, operational excellence, and optimizing complex supply ecosystems. You excel at problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. You’re proactive, dependable, and energized by improving processes at scale.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience managing eCommerce or omnichannel supply chain operations.
  • Direct ownership of Amazon FBA/FBM and Salesforce/Shopify DTC workflows.
  • Proven success managing forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, and fulfillment SLAs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI , and ERP or planning systems (RELEX, NetSuite, M3, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience resolving Amazon Seller Central issues and optimizing FBA inventory health.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating across global cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Special Requirements

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, operational rigor, and collaboration.

Keep Growing – What We Offer

At Stokke, you will join a purpose-driven global brand committed to quality, connection, and responsible growth. We offer:

  • A competitive annual compensation range of $80,000–$95,000 , depending on experience.
  • A hands-on, high-impact role at the center of Stokke’s DTC and Amazon operational ecosystem.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a global supply chain organization.
  • A culture grounded in our values: Keep Growing, Take Responsibility, Pursue Excellence, and Better Together .
