About this role
As Aftermarket Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance and repairs for fleets with service contracts are completed on time with minimal disruption to end-user customer. Role includes using telematics data to continuously evaluate fleet operations and proactively drive actions to improve customer fleet uptime efficiency. The Aftermarket Fleet Manager will be the primary point of contact for end-user customers for any service contract questions or needs.
Key Responsibilities
Working with end-user customers and aftermarket dealer network to effectively manage equipment maintenance and repair costs.
Meet customer and contract requirement needs by following up with service centers to perform required maintenance and repairs.
Manage and track monthly billing for units under service contract.
Establish collaborative relationship with key customer personnel.
Prepare and conduct periodic contract reviews with customers and ensure on time completion in compliance with contract requirements.
Conduct random service audits and inspections.
Regularly apprise management of costs, trends, and issues.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
1+ year of experience in logistics/transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telematics
Experience in transportation industry
Strong presentation skills.
Great attention to detail is essential.
Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Experience with billing processes.
Ability to quickly learn and multitask.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is preferred.
