Special Event on “Women in Media in South Asia” : Jamia Millia Islamia University (SWAN) New Delhi participated in the VII Annual South Asia Media Summit, 22-24 November 2010, in Goa, organised by The International Centre, Goa in partnership with Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, with the support of Public Diplomacy Division, Ministry of External Affairs and FES-India. The theme of this Conference was ‘Women in Media in South Asia’. At this Conference, the First meeting of the SWAN on Women in media took place.
